Thomas Scott George, (known internally as the man with three first names) is the project lead developer of Web Design and Company's technical staff. Scott has been involved with various forms of coding, and is the current head of our IT and technical department. Scott always looks for new ways to raise the bar, and make life easier for our clients through code and automation.
Thomas Scott was one of the original founders of Web Design and Company, back in 2002 with David Kley. After working for the company for 7 years, Scott went off to pursue a position as an IT specialist for a multinational corporation. Along with IT, Scott is also an instructor at ITT Technical Institute, and the Art Institute of St Louis, as a Faculty Instructor. After being gone for a few years, David Kley invited him back to take lead as head of our technical development and coding department. What do people think of Mr. George? Read below.
"Scott is a dedicated, hard working individual. He worked diligently on every project to see it through completion. He continuously expanded his own skills to take on increasing responsibility - intially performing photoshop based graphical layout work, and quickly learning SQL to augment the graphics with data within our platform. He is eager to learn, and always offers creative solutions. I strongly reccommend Scott for any position that requires self-motivation, creativeness and dedication" Tony Gianino - VP at Centrics LLC
"I have had the experience of having Scott as both a student and a colleague and have been impressed by him in both facilities. He is quite talented and proficient both Flash and Photoshop, and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to web design and development. I was very impressed with his knowledge of ColdFusion and Action Script, and he has given me some great advice on some Flash projects of my own. He is comfortable teaching and helping others, and I have heard only good things from his students" - Jeremiah Ratican Program Coordinator - Design at Art Institute of St. Louis
